The Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 126 "Seahawks" is one of the U.S. Navy's premier E-2D Advanced Hawkeye squadrons, providing airborne command and control, battle management, air surveillance, and early warning capabilities for Carrier Strike Groups operating around the world. Based at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia, VAW-126 is assigned to Carrier Air Wing One (CVW-1) and supports the Navy's mission of maintaining global maritime superiority.
